- Developing creative behavior interventions that help students truly learn from mistakes, take accountability for choices, and restore any damaged relationships
- Implementing Restorative Practices in behavior interventions
- Provides an infinite number of interventions that can be used for behavior infractions.
- Alignment to Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS)
- Evolves and adapts to changing needs and ideas of the school.
- Providing a structure for schools to design a SOLAR model based on the individual needs of the school
- Reduce discipline referrals, including the number of repeat offenders
- Provide a means for schools to address disproportionate disciplinary referrals for students with disabilities, varied socio-economic backgrounds, and diverse ethnic backgrounds.
